WEBSITE Disclaimer

Last Updated: February 11, 2026

Welcome to theboutiquelawyer.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using this Site, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Entity Structure.

This Site is operated by Gilormo Injury Law, doing business as The Boutique Lawyer ("the Firm"), a law firm licensed in the State of Georgia.

The Boutique Lawyer, PC ("TBL PC") is a separate entity that operates the template shop located at shop.theboutiquelawyer.com (the "Template Shop"). TBL PC is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or legal advice. TBL PC sells contract templates, digital products, and educational materials. Purchases made through the Template Shop are transactions with TBL PC, not with the Firm, and are governed by TBL PC's own Terms of Purchase.

While both entities operate under The Boutique Lawyer brand, they are legally distinct. References to "The Boutique Lawyer" on this Site refer to the Firm (Gilormo Injury Law dba The Boutique Lawyer) unless the context specifically involves the Template Shop, in which case they refer to TBL PC.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship.

Accessing this Site, reading blog posts, viewing educational content, subscribing to our email list or LegalZine, downloading free resources, submitting a contact form, or purchasing digital products from TBL PC does not create an attorney-client relationship with the Firm, TBL PC, or any affiliated attorney. An attorney-client relationship with the Firm can only be established upon mutual agreement and execution of a written engagement agreement that specifies the scope of legal services, the fee arrangement, and other relevant terms.

3. No Legal Advice.

All content, materials, courses, blog posts, articles, guides, videos, and resources provided on this Site (including the LegalZine) are intended for general informational and educational purposes only. This content does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and it may not reflect the most current legal developments. Do not act or refrain from acting based on any information on this Site without consulting a qualified attorney or other appropriate professional regarding your specific situation. Your use of this Site and its content is at your own risk.

Contract templates and other digital products sold through the Template Shop are general-purpose forms and are not tailored to your specific legal needs. They are not a substitute for legal advice from a licensed attorney.

4. No Confidentiality.

Communicating with the Firm or TBL PC through this Site (e.g., via contact forms, email opt-ins, comment sections, or social media) does not create an attorney-client relationship and is not privileged or confidential. Only communications made pursuant to a formal, written engagement agreement with the Firm are protected by attorney-client privilege (where applicable by law).

This Site uses third-party tracking technologies, including advertising pixels from Meta Platforms, Inc. and Google LLC, that may transmit information about your visit (including pages viewed, device identifiers, and IP address) to those third-party platforms. For full details, see our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or sensitive legal information through this Site.

5. No Guarantees or Warranties.

While we strive to provide accurate and current information, we make no representations or warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information, products, or services on this Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Firm and TBL PC disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Reliance on any information presented on this Site is solely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE FIRM, TBL PC, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE (OR INABILITY TO USE) THIS SITE, THE CONTENT PROVIDED, ANY DIGITAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED, OR ANY LINKED RESOURCES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE FIRM'S PROVISION OF LEGAL SERVICES UNDER A WRITTEN ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT, WHICH IS GOVERNED EXCLUSIVELY BY THAT AGREEMENT AND APPLICABLE PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY RULES.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

7. Third-Party Links and Resources.

Accessing third-party links is at your own discretion, and you assume all risks associated with visiting or using those external sites or resources.

This Disclaimer and any issues arising from your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Forsyth County, Georgia, unless otherwise required by law or agreed upon in a formal engagement agreement.

12. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Firm, TBL PC, and their respective members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising out of your use of this Site, your breach of any terms herein, or your violation of any third-party rights.
